Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most unused, unopened pet grooming products in their original packaging. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened shampoos, conditioners, or coat care products unless defective.
Special considerations apply to our grooming tools:
- Shears and blades must be returned in their original protective cases
- All accessories must include original tags and packaging
- Electrical grooming items must show no signs of use
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable grooming tools.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Opened shampoos and conditioners
- Used grooming tools
- Personalized items
- Sale items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
