Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Options and Delivery Time
We currently ship via USPS and UPS within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times range from 5-20 business days from the date of shipment.
For our grooming tools like shears and blades, we take extra care in packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Coat care products and shampoos are sealed to prevent leaks during transit.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to regulations, some of our dog shampoos and conditioners containing certain ingredients may have shipping restrictions to specific states. We will notify you if your order cannot be shipped to your location.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping for our pet grooming products.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
